Can I modify or cancel my order during processing?

  • Changes or cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of order placement.
  • After this window, orders are packed and shipped and cannot be modified.

📍 Track Your Order

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation via email or SMS. This message will include:

  • 🚚 The courier name (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T, Qxpress, etc.)
  • 🔗 A direct tracking link to follow your parcel in real time

Yes - You are able to see the order status on the can track your order status on each of your items by going to Account > Order and click the preferable item. Once your items have been shipped by the courier, you will be able to see the track button on the top right of each product.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our friendly Customer Service team. They can assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues related to the delivery.
