Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Only regular-priced items are eligible; sale items are non-refundable
Due to the nature of our health supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email us at info@natureoil.sg within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund upon verification.
To request a return:
- Email us at info@natureoil.sg with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our Return Authorization before shipping the product back
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notification about your refund status
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@natureoil.sg with your order details.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank – processing time may vary
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@natureoil.co.

- Opened or used health supplements
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
